When you book a Holiday or Excursion - what data we collect from you and what we do with it
We collect information about you in order to provide you with your holiday or excursion services. The information we collect includes:
- Your name
- Your contact information including address, email address and telephone number
- Any travel preferences/needs you may have, e.g. access requirements to help with a disability, or dietary requirements
We may disclose your information to our service providers (tour operators, coach providers and taxi companies) order to provide you with your holiday or excursion experience. Only information that is strictly necessary for this purpose is disclosed.
Postal marketing - We may use your information to mail brochures to you via post. You may opt out of receiving these by telephoning 01730 267543 or emailing us at email@example.com.
We will not use your information to email you for marketing purposes, unless you have expressly subscribed to receive our newsletters and ticked the consent box (see below).

What we won't do with your information
We promise never to release your personal details to any outside company for mailing or marketing purposes.
You have the right to request in writing a copy of the information we hold about you and to correct any inaccuracies in your information.
You have the right to ask not to receive marketing material about our products and services.
You have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you think there is a problem with the way we are handling your data.
