When you book a Holiday or Excursion - what data we collect from you and what we do with it

We collect information about you in order to provide you with your holiday or excursion services.  The information we collect includes:


- Your name

- Your contact information including address, email address and telephone number

- Any travel preferences/needs you may have, e.g. access requirements to help with a disability, or dietary requirements


  • We may disclose your information to our service providers (tour operators, coach providers and taxi companies) order to provide you with your holiday or excursion experience. Only information that is strictly necessary for this purpose is disclosed.
